KMR was founded in 2022 by Kelly Robinson, after a decade across agency and in-house roles spanning brand management, new business strategy and communications. The agency was built on three pillars: inclusivity, kindness and considered design. They remain our foundation today.
Utilising Kelly’s love of interesting and expressive brands and her need to get them out into the world, KMR run a boutique style operation that ensures clients have the most personal and tailored service that suits their businesses needs and goals. We pride ourselves on being personable and enjoyable to work with and wish to break the stereotypes of the fashion industry.

Brand and Agency Consulting
Alongside representation, we consult brands and agencies without a fashion division or those who need guidance from a fashion angle, offering specialist insight to support considered expansion into the fashion and lifestyle spaces. We provide a transparent and honest service which is reinforced with over 12 years of fashion agency and in-house experience across luxury fashion markets.
Traditional and Digital Storytelling
We are storytellers. We work with a forward-thinking and earned approach to PR and aim to introduce our brands to a plethora of leading titles and platforms globally. We don’t just draft press releases, we find gaps for thought-provoking stories in traditional and digital media and seed them with intent, vibrancy and enjoyment.
Events and Brand Activations
We produce and curate industry-facing events and activations around the fashion calendar to strengthen engagement and brand positioning. Alongside VIP dinners and brand activations, we offer a full fashion week service which supports in finding sponsors and partners, initiates introductions to industry and provides a 360° approach from conception to showcase. Collaboration and Licensing Negotiations + Roll Out
Once strategic partnerships are defined, we lead their full commercial lifecycle: from negotiation and financial modelling to contract structuring and multi-territory rollout. Our experience spans collaborations with global brands and cultural institutions including IKEA, Tesco, Poppy Lissiman, Happy Socks, WaterAid, Greenwich Peninsula, Celia B, Oceanus the Label, and Debenhams.
VIP and Talent Seeding and Dressing
We oversee targeted product gifting and seeding campaigns, connecting brands with VIPs and key talent through our trusted network of industry contacts, including an extensive stylist database for red carpet and event dressing. By placing product with the right individual at the right moment, we generate meaningful visibility – driving social traction, media exposure, and long-term brand elevation.
